In addition to dealing with the fallout of losing friends and colleagues, Luke and Faith are also dealing with issues from their respective pasts. Issues that have an effect on how they deal with the growing attraction that is between them and was there before this case threw them together.
As the opening book in Lynn H. Blackburn's new Defend and Protect series this promises to be an intense must-read series. This book wraps up the story but the teaser sneak peek of book 2 will leave you dangling and wanting to know what happens next! Highly recommended reading.
