The Port Aster Secrets series concludes with Desperate Measures and the suspense doesn't let up. If you've read the first 2 books in the Port Aster series you won't be disappointed with Desperate Measures.  This is exciting conclusion to this series that has kept up the mystery surrounding Kate's past, her father, and the amendoso plant.  We finally learn the truth surrounding many of the characters Kate has had doubts about and what roll they've played in the secrets hiding in Port Aster.

Take a trip north of the border for an exciting mystery in Canada with ties to the United States and South America.  With a long holiday week-end on the horizon what better way to spend it than with a good book.
