Blooming with Books wishes everyone a Happy Leap Day!
We are celebrating with a snow day here in Wisconsin, with over a foot of snow! Schools and many businesses are shut down for the day as we dig out from our first major snow event of the 2011/2012 winter season. Winter has arrived just as March knocks at our door!
