Cate Reilly is done with undercover work - give her good old-fashioned detective work any day. But her days undercover are over. When their cases take a dangerous turn Zeke and Cate will have to push for the answers they seek. Someone seems determined to stop them from finding the answers they seek and they may be willing to resort to lethal means if necessary. 

This is the second book in Irene Hannon's Triple Threat series, but this book can easily be read as a standalone title as the book focuses mostly on Cate and Zeke's undercover op work. There are a few scenes in which Cate's sisters Eve and Grace are involved but nothing the requires that the first book be read before reading Labyrinth of Lies. Overall this is an excellent read that keeps the reader guessing as to who is the ultimate mastermind behind everything. And I will say I love it when the identity isn't revealed early on in the book as it adds to the suspense.
