What is a God-sized dream?  A God-sized dream is one that has been given to you by God.  No dream is too big for God.  They are compelling because through them we experience God's presence in our lives.  Our dream draws us to our dream-giver.

God-given dreams take us out of our comfort zone by stretching out faith.  But when fear comes do we embrace our dream or do we do we run from it?  With God's help we can tame our fear so that it works for our dreams good by warning us to real dangers and it can energize us and grow our faith.

God-sized dreams are work but they are also meant to bring us joy.  If your dream doesn't bring you joy your motivations may be the problem.  If we seek our own glory or trying to win love our dream will bring us   feelings of desperation, hopelessness, and frustration rather than joy and intimacy with God.

Though we may be tempted to throw away our present for the unknown future of our dream, this is not of God, God-sized dreams are faithful to everything even today.  Don't be seduced by your dream!  Keep your heart open and your actions faithful so that your very being is an encouragement to any who are watching you today.

When disillusionment comes don't give up God is always with you.  There will never be a perfect time to begin your dream or you will be waiting forever.  There will be times when things go wrong and we will have to go back and start over.  But sometimes what seems wrong is in truth merely a matter of perspective.

Dreams aren't free so be sure you know it's cost before you begin and plan accordingly.  Don't sabotage your dream by not planning.  When it comes to your God-given dream always remember that God chose you and He called you.  You are needed to do your part.  No matter how small your dream it is God-sized and it will change the world even if it only a small, unnoticeable change and it will change you!
